1. Returns

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, plants, and used self-irrigating pots are non-returnable unless defective.

• Return Process:
  Contact us at theartisanalgardener@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  Once approved, ship the item back to our address (customer is responsible for return shipping costs).
  Upon inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.

2. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

• If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.

• Refunds do not apply to services already rendered, including plant maintenance and installation.

3. Exchanges

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it at no additional cost.

• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

4. Cancellations
